    I always knew I was going to use Elly Bishop as the girl in my video, I have used her for several different pieces in the past shown here, these videos show how comfortable she is on camera and has been for a range of outcomes, therefore I used her as my Elsie, considering music videos are aimed at promoting the artist I figured the most effective way to promote the artist was to have the artist in the video..

How did you use media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages? RESEARCH For the research element of my A2 coursework, I used several different media technologies. For example I used YouTube to search for examples of professional and student made music videos from different genres, this was really useful as YouTube allows people from all over the world to upload videos and share content, it meant I could look at students work from all around the world from different schools.  YOUTUBE CREATOR STUDIO I also used YouTube to search for inspiration from different artists and music video directors, such as the video I created for Hannah Lux Davis. My group (Megan, Noah, Wendy and I) were randomly given a fairy tale or nursery rhyme, and a question. We were tasked with creating a music video relevant to one of the stimuli given. The fairy tale we were given was- 'The boy who cried wolf'. The question we were given was 'What if you said yes to everything?' After discussion, we decided to choose the nursery rhyme (the boy who cried wolf). This was because we initially had more ideas for this stimulus, and felt we could develop an interesting music video. This is our original mind map for this idea: Potential song choices: 'Running with the Wolves'- Aurora:     This was one of our first choices.
